1. Hunger or Thirst

- Newborn kittens need to be fed every 2–3 hours. - If the mother is absent, only special kitten milk replacer should be used (cow’s milk is not suitable). - Hungry kittens usually meow with sharp, high-pitched sounds.

2. Feeling Cold

- Kittens younger than three weeks cannot regulate their body temperature. - A cold kitten will tremble, feel restless, and meow continuously.

👉 Solution: Keep the environment around 30–32°C (86–90°F). Wrap a heating pad or a warm water bottle in a towel and place it nearby.

3. Loneliness or Missing the Mother

- Kittens separated too early from their mother may feel insecure.

👉 Solution: Use a soft blanket, plush toy, or a ticking clock that mimics a heartbeat. Letting them sleep near you can also increase their sense of safety.

4. Toilet Needs

- Newborn kittens can’t urinate or defecate on their own.

👉 Solution: Gently massage the genital area with a damp cotton pad to stimulate them.

5. Health Problems

- Persistent, weak, or wheezing meows may indicate infection, stomach pain, or congenital issues.
