Flaffy is a pet app which provides pet owners with their needs, allow pet owners to find play dates for their pets, find products such as food, accessories for pets. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy will refer to Flaffy.

When you register in Flaffy and open an account, you will be asked to provide some information such as name, surname, email address etc. for creating a profile in our app. These are collected to help us:

3.1.2. Create an algorithm for pets to match them for playdates and breeding options.
3.1.3. Understand your needs and listen to your feedback via market research/analysis, customer polls and surveys
3.1.4. Manage and process your subscriptions to campaigns provided by Flaffy
3.1.5. To administer your membership and contact to you with offers and promotions from Flaffy
3.1.6. Respond to any issues or queries via customer service adviser teams

When you visit Flaffy’s Website or use the app, we may collect certain information automatically from your electronic device.

We retain your personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so such as to comply applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.
9.2. Data Deletion:
If you ever wish to remove all of your data on Flaffy you can simply delete your account in the Flaffy App, we we do not keep any of your data after you delete your account or you can send us an email by [email protected] we will delete all of your data immediately.

At any point, if you feel that your personal information has not been handled correctly, or you are unhappy with our response to any requests you have made to use regarding the use of your personal information, you have right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
